Grievance Procedure

Untamed Kingdom Learning Center is committed to providing a positive and supportive learning environment. We recognize that, on occasion, concerns or grievances may arise, and we have established a clear procedure to address these issues promptly and fairly.

1. Initial Resolution:

  • Students or participants with a grievance are encouraged to address the issue directly with the individual(s) involved, if comfortable. Open and honest communication often resolves concerns at this level.

2. Formal Complaint:

  • If the issue is not resolved informally, the student may file a formal written complaint. The complaint should be submitted to the Program Director within 14 days of the incident. The complaint must include a detailed description of the issue, the parties involved, and any steps taken to resolve it informally.

3. Review and Investigation:

  • Upon receipt of the formal complaint, the Program Director will acknowledge the grievance within 3 business days and initiate an investigation. This process may involve interviews with the complainant, the respondent, and any witnesses. The investigation aims to gather all relevant facts and will be conducted impartially and confidentially.

4. Resolution and Response:

  • After the investigation, the Program Director will provide a written response to the complainant within 10 business days. The response will detail the findings, any actions taken, and the rationale behind the resolution. If the grievance is upheld, appropriate corrective actions will be implemented to address the issue and prevent future occurrences.

5. Appeal Process:

  • If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision by submitting a written appeal to the Executive Director within 7 days of receiving the response. The Executive Director will review the appeal, reassess the situation, and provide a final written decision within 10 business days.

6. Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • All grievances, investigations, and resolutions will be documented and securely stored in accordance with our privacy policy. Records will be retained for a minimum of three years and will only be accessible to authorized personnel.
