About UKLC

Untamed Kingdom Learning Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Bakersfield, CA, that is dedicated to providing access to education, housing, counseling, arts, and social training for both youth and adults in need.

The UKLC Project!

The UKLC Project is a transformative initiative by Untamed Kingdom Learning Center aimed at addressing homelessness and empowering individuals in Kern County, California. This ambitious project involves the development of tiny homes on a designated acreage of land to provide safe and secure housing for homeless individuals and families.

In addition to housing, The UKLC Project incorporates comprehensive support services, including free counseling, life coaching, and regular AA and NA meetings, to address the underlying issues that contribute to homelessness. Our goal is to foster a supportive community where residents can receive the guidance and assistance they need to rebuild their lives.

UKLC Project is our sustainable farming program

A key component of The UKLC Project is our sustainable farming program, which includes fish farming, chicken farming, and fruits and vegetable cultivation. This program not only provides fresh produce for our residents but also offers job training and skill-building opportunities. By participating in the farming activities and local farmers’ markets, residents gain valuable work experience and develop self-sufficiency.

Through The UKLC Project, we aim to create a pathway for individuals to reintegrate into everyday society, achieve stability, and improve their quality of life. We are actively seeking support from the community, including donations of land, residential property, and commercial property, to bring this vision to life. Together, we can make a lasting impact and help end homelessness in our community.
